Built for what talk therapy alone can’t reach

Holistic psychotherapy for those who’ve outgrown surface-level fixes and want to change the deeper patterns driving anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or disconnection.

Through EMDR, somatic therapy, and relational depth work, I help clients heal at the root — so they can be free from symptoms of mental health illness, gain self awareness and begin to feel more like themselves.

Philosophy & Modalities

Mind Body As a Integrated Whole

I see the mind and body as not separate systems but an integrated whole. What the mind suppresses, the body will inevitably express—whether through tension, illness, or chronic stress. To heal, we need to learn to listen to the body’s messages. By engaging both the nervous system and inner awareness, we work to release old patterns, tend to trauma, and reconnect with your authentic self. This holistic process supports not only symptom relief, but a deeper sense of clarity, freedom, and aliveness.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. Instead of only talking about what happened, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds) to activate the brain’s natural ability to reprocess and release painful memories. Over time, experiences that once felt overwhelming lose their emotional charge, allowing you to feel calmer, safer, and more present in your life.

IFS

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, evidence-based therapeutic approach that sees the mind as made up of many “parts” or subpersonalities. Instead of trying to get rid of these parts, IFS helps you listen to them with compassion. When you do, even the most difficult parts reveal their wisdom and begin to soften. At the core of IFS is the belief that you already have a calm, wise center—your Self—that can guide you toward healing, balance, and wholeness.

Mindfulness

I practice Mindfulness-Based Somatic Psychotherapy. It’s a body-centered approach to healing that combines mindfulness with gentle experiential techniques. Instead of just talking about problems, we slow down and notice how thoughts, emotions, and memories show up in the body. This mindful awareness creates a safe space where unconscious patterns can surface and transform. The process helps you access deeper self-understanding, release long-held emotional pain, and move toward greater ease, authenticity, and connection.

FAQ

  • My rate is $100 for each 50-minute session and $150 for each 80-minute session.

Payments can be made using credit, debit, HSA, or FSA cards, and are due at the time of service.

  • As an "out of network" therapist, I don't directly collaborate with insurance companies. However, your insurance plan might cover a portion of the cost of therapy services. For clients interested in seeking reimbursement, I offer a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider. It's a good idea to get in touch with your insurance provider beforehand to check if your policy includes out-of-network coverage for mental health services such as psychotherapy or counseling.

  • Yes, I am dedicated to ensuring therapy is within reach.

To support this, I reserve a segment of my practice for services at a lower rate. Please reach out to discuss more.

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before our planned session, you will be responsible for the full session fee. If you're delayed, please inform me of your expected arrival time so we can make the most of our session. Should you be over 15 minutes late without notifying me, I will have to consider the session canceled. If you need to change our appointment, send me an email as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate a new meeting time.

  • My psychotherapy practice is exclusively dedicated to clinical work. That said, as an intuitive healer with a long-standing spiritual practice, I am naturally attune to subtle, energetic, or transpersonal realms during sessions. If you feel drawn to incorporate this dimension into our work, we can discuss together how it might support your healing journey.

In addition, I offer a range of coaching services outside of my therapy practice. These are deeply informed by spiritual principles and designed to support your highest healing, growth, and alignment. You can explore and book these offerings under my Coaching section.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule with me. Upon request, your Good Faith Estimate will be provided in a document you can access at any time in my Simple Practice client portal. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
