Built for what talk therapy alone can’t reach
Holistic psychotherapy for those who’ve outgrown surface-level fixes and want to change the deeper patterns driving anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or disconnection.
My approach
Not just talking about it, working through it
Each modality I use speaks to a different layer of how we hold experience. We draw from what serves you, not a fixed protocol.
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing uses bilateral stimulation to activate the brain's natural ability to reprocess painful memories. What once felt overwhelming loses its charge — leaving you calmer, safer, and more present. Especially effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and stuck grief.
-
Draw from wisdom of Internal Family Systems. It sees the psyche as made up of many "parts" — each with its own logic and role. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult parts, we listen to them with curiosity. At the center is a core belief: you already carry a calm, wise Self capable of leading you toward wholeness.
-
I use Hakomi and other integrative somatic approaches invite us to slow down and notice how emotions and memories live in the body. Rather than only talking about experiences, we create a gentle space where the body's held patterns can surface and shift, unlocking what talk therapy alone often can't reach.
-
The therapeutic relationship itself is healing. I bring my full presence into sessions. Not just as a technique-applier, but as a human being genuinely moved by your experience. Many of our deepest wounds formed in relationship; often, they heal there too.

Altered State consciousness like plant medicine can open profound insight but can also feel destabilizing without proper support. I offer preparation and integration within the therapy frame: helping you understand what arose, ground it in your daily life, and weave it into lasting change.

Yes, I am dedicated to ensuring therapy is within reach.
To support this, I reserve a segment of my practice for services at a lower rate. Please use this sheet to decide your rate and reach out to discuss more.

As an "out of network" therapist, I don't directly collaborate with insurance companies. However, your insurance plan might cover a portion of the cost of therapy services. For clients interested in seeking reimbursement, I offer a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider. It's a good idea to get in touch with your insurance provider beforehand to check if your policy includes out-of-network coverage for mental health services such as psychotherapy or counseling.
-
If you cancel less than 48 hours before our planned session, you will be responsible for the full session fee. If you're delayed, please inform me of your expected arrival time so we can make the most of our session. Should you be over 15 minutes late without notifying me, I will have to consider the session canceled. If you need to change our appointment, send me an email as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate a new meeting time.

My psychotherapy practice is exclusively dedicated to clinical work. That said, as an intuitive healer with a long-standing spiritual practice, I am naturally attuned to subtle, energetic, or transpersonal realms during sessions. If you feel drawn to incorporate this dimension into our work, we can discuss together how it might support your healing journey.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule with me. Upon request, your Good Faith Estimate will be provided in a document you can access at any time in my Simple Practice client portal. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
