Understanding your patterns isn't the same as changing them.
Let’s work at the roots. So real, lasting change can happen.
Holistic therapy for people who are ready to stop managing their symptoms and start healing what's underneath, where psychology meets the wisdom of the body, the unconscious, and the sacred.
"The way out is in."
— Thích Nhất Hạnh
I help spiritually curious people transform the unconscious patterns that insight alone hasn't changed.
If…
You understand your patterns, but keep repeating them.
You want therapy that goes beyond coping and symptom management.
You look “fine” on the outside but disconnected from yourself on the inside.
You long for deeper relationships but find yourself returning to familiar dynamics.
You've had a spiritual awakening, plant medicine experience, or mystical opening that left you ungrounded, and you need someone who won't pathologize it.
You want a therapist who can honor both psychology and spirituality without reducing one to the other.
Welcome home.
Psychotherapy that Treats the Whole Person
Lasting transformation happens when we work with the whole person. Not just your thoughts, but your nervous system, unconscious patterns, body, relationships, and the deeper wisdom that gives your life meaning.
Understand The Pattern
Explore the beliefs, emotional experiences, and identity patterns shaping how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
Whole-Person Care
Develop greater safety, awareness, and resilience by working through the pattern and trauma that live within your body and nervous system.
Create Lasting Change
Move beyond temporary coping strategies and create more sustainable change through deeper self-awareness, integration, and emotional healing.

What makes Raychi different to other therapists?
Not just talking about it —working through it
My approach to healing is deeply experiential. Most therapy gives you insight. Experiential-oriented therapy gives you the actual experience of changing —in your body, in this moment, at the root of what keeps you stuck.
My Approach
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing uses bilateral stimulation to activate the brain's natural ability to reprocess painful memories. What once felt overwhelming loses its charge — leaving you calmer, safer, and more present. Especially effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and stuck grief.
-
Draw from wisdom of Internal Family Systems. It sees the psyche as made up of many "parts" — each with its own logic and role. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult parts, we listen to them with curiosity. At the center is a core belief: you already carry a calm, wise Self capable of leading you toward wholeness.
-
I use Hakomi and other integrative somatic approaches invite us to slow down and notice how emotions and memories live in the body. Rather than only talking about experiences, we create a gentle space where the body's held patterns can surface and shift, unlocking what talk therapy alone often can't reach.
-
The therapeutic relationship itself is healing. I bring my full presence into sessions. Not just as a technique-applier, but as a human being genuinely moved by your experience. Many of our deepest wounds formed in relationship; often, they heal there too.
-
Altered State consciousness like plant medicine can open profound insight but can also feel destabilizing without proper support. I offer preparation and integration within the therapy frame: helping you understand what arose, ground it in your daily life, and weave it into lasting change.

As an "out of network" therapist, I don't directly collaborate with insurance companies. However, your insurance plan might cover a portion of the cost of therapy services. For clients interested in seeking reimbursement, I offer a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider. It's a good idea to get in touch with your insurance provider beforehand to check if your policy includes out-of-network coverage for mental health services such as psychotherapy or counseling.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before our planned session, you will be responsible for the full session fee. If you're delayed, please inform me of your expected arrival time so we can make the most of our session. Should you be over 15 minutes late without notifying me, I will have to consider the session canceled. If you need to change our appointment, send me an email as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate a new meeting time.

Alongside my clinical training, I have maintained a long-standing contemplative and spiritual practice in Tibetan Buddhism and Christian Mysticism. Some clients find it meaningful to explore dreams, intuition, symbolism, or transpersonal experiences within therapy. When appropriate, we can thoughtfully integrate these dimensions while remaining grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy and your own beliefs.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule with me. Upon request, your Good Faith Estimate will be provided in a document you can access at any time in my Simple Practice client portal. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
